About Me: Came to the Real Property Department in 1992 and became Lister in 2003.My hobbies used to be gardening, sewing, and reading. So far reading has survived
About the Office: RPL is part of the Planning & Zoning Department. We have the Lister, one FT and one 75% time and currently another 2 temps to keep up with the volume. We are gradually migrating to all electronic mapping. The ability to access the Register of Deeds records from our work space has been a real time saver.In 2005 we had 61 plats and 238 CSM's for a total of 2500+ new parcels We are slowly bringing in the Assessor Rolls electronically. About the City/ County: St Croix has 21 Towns, 13 Villages and 4 Cities. St Croix is growing very fast. We are at the 2010 estimated population already in 2005 at 75,000+. Assessed value for 2005 was 4.5 Billion (including all that ag land at about $200.00.acare!)
