About the Office: The office is responsible for the maintenance of all current ownership, legal descriptions, assigning parcel numbers, address changes, values, DNR entries, splits, new plats and annexations. We are currently doing 17 townships electronically. We print the distribute real estate and personal property assessment roll, tax rolls and tax statements as well as special assessments and charges, notice of assessment forms plus various other reports for the assessors, clerks and treasurers. This information is updated daily to enable us to provide all of the information to the public, title companies, appraisals, realtors and surveyors. This information is also available on the counties website at www.co.oneida.wi.us. The mapping for Oneida County is also done in the Land Information Office which the property lister is a division of. They are currently working on parcel, zoning, addressing, base and miscellaneous maps.
