About Me: Jeff is a life long resident of LaCrosse County. He started working for the county as the Real Property Lister in August of 1975 and has added zoning, planning, land information office, full GIS and Metropolitan Transportation Planning to the department. He enjoys hunting, boats and fishing, camping, hiking, motorcycles, ATV's and scuba diving. Angie and Jeff are empty nesters with 6 successful children and 12 grandchildren.
About the Office: Department Personnel: Jeff, Director; Charlie Handy, County Planner; Mike Weibel, Zoning Supervisor; Pam Hollnagel, Real Property Listing Specialist; Annette Kirchhoff, Land Description Tech/Secretary; Nathan Sampson and Jonathan Kaatz, Land Use Specialists; Dan Leis and Ron Roth, GIS Analysts; Chad VandenLangenberg, Enforcement Specialist; Tom Faella, MPO Director; Jackie Eastman, Transporation Planner. The department does all property listing, maintenance and full mapping for all 18 municipalities. We assign addresses in the unicorporated areas, issue zoning permits, enforce land use and zoning ordinances and use Arc 9.3 with SDE for GIS.
