About Me: I started working for Jackson County in the summer of 2007. Formerly I was the GIS Coordinator for Allamakee County, IA and a Geography major at UW-La Crosse. I have more hobbies than I have time for, but a few of them include crafting, camping, kayaking, watching sporting events, reading, travelling, and enjoying my family and friends.
About the Office: I am part of the Land Information Office which consists of myself and the County Surveyor, Tim Jeatran. We share office space with the Zoning Dept. Besides maintaining the GIS and listing properties, I am also responsible for all rural 911 addressing and providing maps and services for Emergency Management. So through my duties I interect with a large number of county departments. About the City/ County: Jackson County is a playground for many SE Wisconsinites and Chicagoland folks. The eastern portion is primarily county and state forest land, while the western half, which is mostly rural, is part of the driftless area. Jackson County has 1 city and five villages.
