About Lynn: I started the position of Real Property Lister in January of 2006 after having been the assistant lister for 17 years. Prior to that I was also the deputy treasurer for 6 years.
About the office: The office is responsible for the maintenance of all current ownership, legal descriptions, assigning parcel numbers, address changes, values, DNR entries, splits, new plats and annexations. We are currently doing 17 townships electronically. We print the distribute real estate and personal property assessment roll, tax rolls and tax statements as well as special assessments and charges, notice of assessment forms plus various other reports for the assessors, clerks and treasurers. This information is updated daily to enable us to provide all of the information to the public, title companies, appraisals, realtors and surveyors. This information is also available on the counties website at www.co.oneida.wi.us

The mapping for Oneida County is also done in the Land Information Office which the property lister is a division of. They are currently working on parcel, zoning, addressing, base and miscellaneous maps.
About Oneida county: Beautiful Oneida County is a year-round outdoor playground with 1100 lakes nestled among miles of winding trails. Whether they boat or fish, hike or bike, snowmobile or cross-country ski, visitors enjoy solitude, spectacular fall colors, the silent forest in winter, and verdant summers.
The "Hodag Country Festival", featuring top names in country entertainment, is one of many activities, art and craft shows, parades, and fishing tournaments visitors also enjoy. The historic courthouse, famous for its Tiffany glass dome, and Nicolet Area Technical College are also area attractions.
Come enjoy all the beauty of Oneida County "Where Nature Lingered Longer."
